Light Installation

Download the instruction manual for the H2OLights
The H2o Light must be placed below the water line (minimum 4”) of the transom.

Each mounting hole should be countersunk 1/8 inch in order to prevent cracking while installing the (3)  # 10  316 stainless steel screws. Make sure you match the correct drill bit to the screw size. For the optional (over-transom or thru- hull) cable, when you mount thru-hull, use a 1/4 inch drill bit drill approximately 1/8 inch deep like the other holes then continue drilling with a 3/16 bit. Fill each countersunk hole with sealant.

With the housing:
Slide the wire through the optional hole, fill screw holes with sealant. Make a ¼ inch bead of sealant to surround the wire.

Align the housing over the pre-drilled holes and push slowly to allow all sealant to enter the hole in the boat; place the three screws and tighten.

You must use a good quality underwater sealant. Boat Life underwater calk or 3M 5200

Electrical Connection

Connect red wire from the lamp power supply to positive, Black wire of the power supply to negative. Positive connection must be equipped with a 5 amp per light circuit protection.

Note for safety:
While testing your lights out of the water, do not look directly at the light while turned on.
